The Auxiliary is composed of both working and retired adults. Since 1952, the women and men of the EAMC Auxiliary have helped East Alabama Medical Center achieve its mission of high quality, compassionate health care. Our Auxiliary volunteers are a family-like group that enjoys working together for the betterment of EAMC and the community. In 2017, The Auxiliary contributed more than 32,000 volunteer hours.
EAMC Auxiliary Volunteers staff the information desk, escort patients and visitors throughout the hospital and help in various waiting rooms. Listed below are areas where Auxiliary members serve.

The Auxiliary is appreciated for the time and talents. In return, EAMC hosts fun-filled events throughout the year to express their appreciation. For further information on how you can be an Auxiliary member, please contact Mimi Martin at 334-528-5923 or email her at Mimi.Martin@eamc.org.
