Dr. Moore is a retired professor emeritus from the Department of Kinesiology in the College of Education at Auburn University. As a member of the board, Dr. Moore serves on the Annual Giving Committee and the Grants Committee which supports projects of the Foundation. One of the goals of the Foundation is to increase funding for programs and projects presently funded and to identify new programs to support.

Dr. Moore received her bachelor’s degree from Judson College and her masters in Education from the University of Tennessee. She received her doctorate from the University of Alabama. Dr. Moore participates in several volunteer projects including the Community Market of the Food Bank. She is a member of the Alabama School of Fine Arts Board, the Auburn University Credit Union Committee and NCAA Program Certification.
