The Foundation offers you the opportunity not only to honor or memorialize an important person in your life, but to become a friend of East Alabama Medical Center and to share in providing health care of the highest quality for east Alabamians. Foundation gifts are in no way used to subsidize the hospital's operating costs. The purpose of these funds is to provide resources for enhancing patient care through the purchase of new equipment and the enrichment of health services and educational programs.
